Policy Overview
As a non-governmental organization, our event fees and related payments support our work in culture, education, charity and spiritual cultivation activities, as well as event administration. Due to the nature of these payments and operational costs incurred, refunds may only be granted at the discretion of management and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Circumstances
Usually approved when
  1. An error has been made by the organiser, such as an administrative or system error causing duplicate or incorrect charges.
  2. A payer’s banking details have been fraudulently obtained and used.
  3. The organiser has received or processed a payer’s details in error.
  4. A payer has previously requested that regular or automatic debits be cancelled, but the debits have continued. The refund will be limited to the most recent debit amount unless proof of the original cancellation request is provided.
  5. In all instances, payments made beyond the previous tax year will not be refunded.
FAQ
Q:I can no longer participate. Can I get a refund?
A:This is generally not considered an eligible refund circumstance. All refunds are limited to the situations stated on this page and reviewed case-by-case by management.
Q:I entered wrong details or selected the wrong size. Can I cancel, register again or request changes?
A:This is generally not a refund reason. Registration details, including category, size, name and contact information, are based on the record at the time of submission. Participants are responsible for ensuring their details are correct.
Q:What if the event is postponed or cancelled?
A:In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government restrictions or venue issues, the organiser may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event. Follow-up arrangements will be based on official announcements.
Q:How do I request a refund?
A:Please email your payment receipt and payer details within 48 hours of the transaction. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and may be subject to transaction or payment gateway fees. [email protected]

01 Refund Request
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method within thirty (30) working days from the approval date. Actual processing time may vary depending on the credit card company or banking institution.
How to apply
Please email [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction with your payment receipt and payer details. The final refund amount will deduct relevant online transaction or payment gateway fees, if applicable.
02 Refund Dispute
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may submit a further appeal by email. We may request additional information or supporting documents to review the dispute.
03 Policy Changes
We may update this refund policy from time to time, usually for minor adjustments, and reserve the final right of interpretation. Visitors are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of this website after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
