To maintain event quality and protect participants’ rights, please read this page carefully before registering. Once you complete registration, payment or participation, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to follow the relevant rules and arrangements.

The organiser may make necessary adjustments to the event flow, race pack distribution, venue arrangements and related details based on actual operations, safety needs and official announcements.

Eligibility & Health Declaration

Please ensure your physical condition is suitable for participation and understand the risks involved in sports activities.

•

Participants must ensure they are physically fit for sports. Those with chronic illness, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy or other special conditions should consult a doctor and assess whether to participate.

•

If participants feel unwell during the event, they should stop immediately and seek assistance from staff. The organiser and staff may require a participant to stop for safety reasons.

•

Participants agree to bear their own participation risks and follow on-site order and safety instructions.

Registration Details & Confirmation

Please provide complete and accurate personal information to support registration, notifications and race pack verification.

•

Please provide accurate and reachable details, such as name, phone, email, IC/passport and size.

•

Registration details will be used for name list verification, race pack distribution and important notices. Incorrect details may affect collection or communication.

•

Registration is only considered successful after payment is completed and confirmed by the system or organiser.

Fees, Categories & Slots

Actual fees, distance and category details are subject to the registration page and official announcements.

•

Registration fee: RM50 (subject to system display and official announcements).

•

Event distance: 5KM (if there are multiple categories, please refer to the registration page).

•

Slots are limited and available while they last. The organiser reserves the right to adjust slot availability and category rules.

Race Pack, Bib & Collection Method

Race pack items, collection dates and collection methods will follow official announcements and on-site arrangements.

•

Collection method, time and venue for race pack items such as T-shirt, bib and runner pack will be announced separately.

•

You may need to show registration or confirmation details during collection. Please follow the on-site verification process.

•

Sizes may not be exchangeable once confirmed, depending on stock availability. Please confirm your size before registering.

Event Rules & Use of Images

To ensure a smooth and safe event, please follow instructions from the organiser and staff.

•

Participants must follow route, safety and order instructions from the organiser and staff.

•

Photos and videos may be taken during the event. Participants agree that the organiser may use them for event records, promotion and social media purposes, without improper use.

•

In the event of any dispute, the organiser reserves the final right of interpretation.

Postponement, Cancellation & Force Majeure

In special circumstances, the organiser will adjust arrangements according to the situation and announce follow-up details separately.

•

The event may be postponed or cancelled due to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue issues or other force majeure circumstances.

•

Arrangements after postponement or cancellation, such as a new date, alternative format or other arrangements, will be based on official announcements.

•

Participants agree to cooperate with the organiser’s follow-up arrangements.
