Terms & Conditions
- All sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
- The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details, slot allocation and gift quantity.
- Sponsors must provide true and complete contact details for confirmation and communication purposes.
- After submitting the form, you may notify the relevant contact person for final confirmation.
- For submitted participant slots aged 12 or below, the sponsorship does not include a running T-shirt unless otherwise stated in the plan.
- The organizer may use the sponsor name or organization name in the appreciation list. Please inform us if you prefer not to be listed publicly.
- In the event of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or adjust the event arrangement.
